SUBJECT: Deed Restrictions violations

The WPOA is in an all out effort to enforce the deed restrictions and improve Woodcreek.

One of the large problems we encounter is the parking of trailers, boats, and cars inappropriately. If you have a trailer (or boat) parked on grass or on the side of your house please refer to your deed restrictions. Doing so may be in violation of the deed restrictions. 

Another item that needs to be addressed is the storage of items on front porches, decks, drives and patios. This is a violation of the deed restrictions.

This notice will require any property owner violating the deed restrictions to comply within ten days of receipt of this notice.
